Engagements
Any work we do for you is governed by agreements we sign separately — typically a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), a master services agreement (MSA) and, where personal data is involved, a data processing agreement (DPA). Where those signed documents differ from anything on this site, the signed documents prevail.
Your content & data
Content and data you share with us remain yours. We handle them under the terms we agree in writing. Confidential project material moves only under NDA or contract, via secure transfer, and does not enter third-party systems beyond what you have agreed.
By default we keep enquiry information for 24 months unless we agree otherwise. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy notice.
Marks
Third-party brand names, product names and logos shown or referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a name does not imply any endorsement or partnership beyond what we have agreed in writing.
