1.What we collect

Only what you send when you email a brief or write to us — typically your name, the email address or number you reply from, and whatever project details you decide to share. The site has no accounts to sign into and no tracking login.

2.How we use it

To reply to you and to scope the work. We use your message to understand the project, ask follow-up questions, and put together a response. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

3.Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months by default, unless we agree otherwise with you. After that it is deleted or anonymised. If a project goes ahead, the terms we agree in the contract govern how long related records are held.

4.Confidential project data

Scripts, footage, audio and any other material you entrust to us are treated as your IP. Confidential project data moves only under an NDA or contract, via secure transfer, and never enters third-party systems beyond what is agreed in writing.

• An NDA, DPA or MSA is in place before any content moves.
• Transfer happens over secure channels agreed with you.
• No content is passed to outside tools or services beyond what your contract permits.

5.Your data and how to reach us

If you want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email us and we will sort it out. The data controller is the company below.
